Staff Expectations
Responsibilities
Plan and execute high-intensity practices for 14U-17U elite squads. Develop game strategies and scout opponents to maintain our competitive edge.
Time Commitment
Availability for weekend tournaments (2-3 per month) and two weekday evening practices. Commitment to the full season from March through July is essential.
Requirements
First Aid/CPR certifications required. Applicants are preferred to have a minimum of 3 years of competitive coaching experience.
